SO… Hello all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I’m sorry I have not been on lately, but I have been super, super busy. Next week starts my finals schedule/moving home for about a month. Soon I will be of drinking age, which is exciting and, trust me, the party planning has started. Below is what I have been into for the last several months:
September: I had the chance to work Scarefest and it was EPIC………… I also got to work my school’s production of Comedy of Errors, which was amazing. Plus during the cast party, I learned that it sucks to get sick off of Welch’s sparkling grape juice.
October: I changed my major to journalism and it has been amazing ever since. I started writing for the school paper and have had great success since with my first story winning the editor’s weekly pick. I also went home for my great uncle’s memorial service which was wonderful. I also competed an iron man challenge. (an iron man is swimming 2 miles, biking 126.4 miles, and running/walking 26.2 miles)
November: I had a wonderful Thanksgiving with family. It was a rough one because it was the first one without my grandmother. It made me realize that family is a gift. I also has my first front page story publish, which is one of my proudest moments ever in journalism as of now.
December (as of now): I saw my first snow flurries on Monday of this past week and the weather is getting colder even as I type. Tonight I get to see my favortie ballet, The Nutcracker, ever performed live on stage for $5. I am also getting ready to say good bye to senior friends graduating next week. For me, I only have until May 2013 for that is when I say good bye to being in college. I also got approved for co-op credit for the summer.
Currently I am a public relations officer for two of my professional fraturnities that I am involved in on campus.
Cheers to you all and I wish you the best until I type again!
Just remember: Everyone is beautiful in their own unique way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
